We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work at Seira.
Eligibility You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to request a return or exchange Contact us using the details in our store footer with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return instructions, including the return address.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bank transfer, wallet, or InstaPay. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when you request your return — we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received, subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
