Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery areas and rates We currently ship across Egypt. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your governorate, and orders above our free-shipping threshold ship at no extra cost.

Estimated delivery times Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll share any available tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delays While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors like weather, holidays, or courier volume can occasionally cause delays.
