These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seira website and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Orders and payment We accept Cash on Delivery, mobile wallet transfer, and InstaPay as shown at checkout. Orders paid by wallet or InstaPay are confirmed once we've verified your payment reference. We reserve the right to cancel any order we're unable to verify or fulfill, including for suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

Shipping and delivery Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your governorate and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier availability or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your choice where possible.

Account responsibilities If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability We provide our website and products as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
